The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State stands solidly and confidently rooted as a model of unity, driven by a common purpose and clear direction that positions it for resounding success in the 2027 general elections and the years that follow. This is not mere optimism but a reality grounded in the party's deliberate steps toward cohesion, where members align on shared goals of development, accountability, and service to the people. The pointers are evident: a steady influx of new members, resolved internal differences, and a renewed focus on grassroots mobilisation. As a gubernatorial aspirant under the APC banner, I see this unity as the party's greatest asset, a force that transforms individual efforts into collective triumphs. It is this solidarity that assures me the APC is not just participating in 2027 but is set to lead with authority.

The party's maturity swims in its intentional pursuit of unity and reconciliation and moves geared towards addressing grievances with dialogue and fairness rather than division. While other parties grapple with internal fracas that leads to defections and weakened structures, the APC in Oyo State has turned such challenges into opportunities for growth, welcoming former opponents and integrating diverse voices. This approach has resulted in a stronger and more inclusive party, where loyalty is earned through transparent leadership and a commitment to progress. It is no coincidence that many are leaving fractured groups to join the APC; our stability offers a platform where ideas are thoughtfully and intelligently formed, flourished, and results follow. This contrast underscores why the APC remains the vehicle for real change in Oyo State.

Central to this narrative are the Renewed Hope Unity Rallies, held across Oyo State's geopolitical zones. In the last couple of weeks, our party faithful have gathered to affirm their support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's second term in office. These rallies are beyond political gatherings or events, or even jamboree, rather, they are a declaration of collective resolve that draws crowds from all walks of life to celebrate the administration's strides in economic reform, security, and infrastructure. I have personally featured in almost all of these gatherings, and I've witnessed firsthand how they energise our base and reinforce the message that unity drives success. The enthusiastic participation of stalwarts, office holders, stakeholders, and ordinary members shows a party alive with purpose and ready to channel this energy into electoral victories.

These rallies assure me that the APC is a party to beat in 2027, with a momentum that will carry us through the elections and into effective governance. All party leaders and members have shown up physically and with enthusiasm, and we have all proven that when we stand together, no obstacle is insurmountable. The message I have preached at these events is one of focus—on our shared aspirations for a prosperous Oyo State, where development touches every corner. I am thankful to our members for the love and acceptance they have shown me. I find it as a warmth that fuels my own dedication to this cause. I have no ounce of doubt, except that this spirit of togetherness is what will propel us forward and turn our plans into reality for the people we serve.

I admonish all party members and fellow Progressives to remain focused and shun divisive narratives about any candidate. We must recognise that our strength lies in our ability to rise above personal ambitions for the greater good. More than before, we now must channel our energies into building the party, not tearing it down with whispers or factions. The road to 2027 demands discipline and loyalty. It requires us to support one another to ensure victory at all levels. Together, with this resolve, the APC in Oyo State will not only succeed but set a standard for political maturity in Nigeria.
